For Candidates

Your skills are worth
a real paycheck

Train in weeks, not years. Earn the credentials employers actually require. Get placed into a legitimate job with a vetted employer — and keep climbing from there.

Who This Is For

Every background. One standard.

The Academy is built for people ready to work: young people starting out, career changers, new Americans, people rebuilding after a setback, and experienced workers who never got the credentials their skills deserve.

New to the Industry

No experience required. Foundations programs take you from zero to jobsite-ready or restaurant-ready in 4–12 weeks, with placement support built in.

Already Working

Evening and weekend advancement tracks add certifications and leadership skills that turn your current job into a career — line cook to sous, laborer to foreman.

Starting Over

Alternative background? Rebuilding? Our partner network and legitimacy-first placement standard are designed to open doors, not close them.

Why "On the Books" Matters

Cash pay costs you more than it pays

Working under the table means no safety net and no record. Every Academy placement is legitimate, verifiable employment — because that's what unlocks the life you're building toward.

How It Works

Five steps to a career

Reach Out

Tell us who you are and which industry interests you. Founding cohorts are forming for 2026–27.

Train

Short, intensive, hands-on programs taught by working professionals — on live jobsites and in working kitchens.

Get Credentialed

Graduate with nationally recognized certifications employers require — yours for life, verifiable anywhere.

Get Placed

Interview with vetted employers from our hiring consortium — companies that pay on the books and were chosen because they hire.

Keep Advancing

Come back for advancement tracks: apprenticeship, supervisor readiness, manager certifications, even a contractor's license pathway.

What does it cost?

Our goal is that candidates pay little or nothing out of pocket. Academy programs are designed to be funded by employer partners, sponsors, and workforce grants — because the people we serve should be earning, not borrowing.
