Our Mission

Training that ends in a job — not just a certificate

Most workforce programs struggle with two things: resources at the beginning and placement at the end. Legacy Work Academy was built by industry operators to solve both before the first cohort ever starts.

Placement First

An employer consortium — a general contractor, trade subcontractors, hospitality operators, and equipment dealers — is committed to hiring graduates before training begins. We don't train and hope; we train to fill real openings.

Real Credentials

Nationally recognized, verifiable credentials: OSHA, NCCER, and apprenticeship pathways in construction; ServSafe, California Food Handler, and RBS certification in hospitality. Credentials employers actually require.

Legitimate Employment

Every placement is on the books: W-2 payroll or fully compliant contracting with vetted employers. Graduates get workers' comp coverage, Social Security credit, provable income, and a clean, verifiable work history.

Two Divisions

One academy. Two essential industries.

Both divisions serve people new to the industry, incumbent workers ready to advance, and employer partners who need trained, credentialed teams.

The Legacy Ecosystem

Built by operators, not just educators

The Academy grows out of a working ecosystem: an operating general contractor, an extensive network of trade subcontractors, decades-old relationships with hospitality operators, equipment dealers and servicers, and academic and design partners.
